(SC - 00-227) Introduction to Knowledge Management This course presents the panorama of the origins and perspectives of the Knowledge Management movement. The participants acquire an understanding of the Knowledge Economy, of the relationship between evolution and learning, as well as of the nature of its manifestations. They also cover the concepts of Guiding Development and Systems of Capital Based in Knowledge. With this basis, the participants are able to understand the main application of Knowledge Systems, such as Strategic Competition, Value Practice and Intellectual Capital.
