(SC - 00-233) Learning Management This course takes an important approach to transforming organizations so that they acquire the characteristics of a learning organization and in consequence transforms to a process of organizational learning. Also the course analyzes and applies elements that constitute the base of the company's learning system: analysis, design of learning environments, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation.
