Project 1 Integral System for Banorte HRs Development 1 Sponsor: Management Direction, Banorte Financial Group Corporation, Monterrey, N.L. Duration: January 1994 - January 1995 Description: Design and implementation of a HR development program in three modules directed to BANORTE's business areas, with the objective to provide critical competences to initiate transformation in its annexes. This provided a general profile of critical competencies: capacity to achieve integral sales, leader of their work group and responsible for their own learning. Duration: February 1995 - February 1996 Description: Design and implementation of a system of learning units that enables the participants to develop general skills related to critical technical competencies in the context of Banorte Financial Group. The program looks for a chain reaction in each participant in the process of a self-evaluation of their learning that permits them to act as a integral administrator of their business units.
