Duration: October 1996 - December 1997 Description: Creation of CONOCER's conceptual and axiological base. Elaboration of the integrated version of quality indicators of CONOCER's critical processes based on the conceptual and axiological base and the joint work. CONOCER'S quality system was launched with these elements, allowing the gathering of information on how the assessment procedures on CONOCER'S Quality Manual are being operated. This document is elaborated and validated vertically and horizontally in CONOCER.
