Duration February 1995 - May 1996 Description: Design of an on-the-job self-learning system for information systems engineers in manufacture business. This learning program was specially designed for EDS. The program's participants developed skills for self-learning critical competencies on the job in order to develop themselves as information systems consultants for assisting their manufacture clients. The program's participants settled in different building facilities of 7 of EDS's client companies in different cities of the country. Besides learning directly from the situations on the job, they interacted through internet with the other participants for working in teams and enriching their learning. Update of EDS's capital systems; capital operations; validation of capital systems; definition and application gaps and strategy for capital development.
