Description: Learning System based on the one generated for the PEP’s Human Resource Agency in 1997. As an objective for the RMSO participants, it has a training process for Human Resources management.

Project 10:    Corporate Strategy for Knowledge Management at PEMEX

Sponsor: PEMEX Exploration and Production
Duration: May 2002 – June 2002
Description: The project objective is to homologar(?) the Knowledge Management focus in the corporation’s KM Key Team taking into account the CKS KM model. In this way the corporation’s Value and Capital Systems definition and articulation process is facilitated. Also this allows the co-design of a general work program to construct PEMEX’s knowledge system.
The process is based on a version of Diploma of Knowledge Management’s In-Company developed as a workshop where previous products are generated and trained the Key Team to implement the KM strategy.
